ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT
Health Coaching is a great way to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts by making sure you are eating right, getting enough sleep, eliminating stress, working out the right way, (not the hard way) and customizing a program that will fit into your life. Your health coach will be there to hold you accountable to your plan,offer support and answer any questions you might have through your process. Health coaching is done in 90-day intervals. The program is designed for weekly accountability and support meetings.
12 Week HEALTH COACHING
INITIAL CONSULT INCLUDES:
- Hour long private consult
- Discuss your fitness, nutrition and health goals for the next 90-days
- Complete an intake form containing info on habits, struggles, fitness history etc.
- Initial measurements including starting weight will be recorded as well as a “before” photo
- Introduction to your fitness journal
- Mapping out your first week
Each subsequent visit throughout the 90 days will include (30 minutes):
- Recapping the previous week’s progress, challenges, successes, what worked, what didn’t work
- This week’s measurements including weight
- Review of your fitness Journal
- Setting goals and mapping out your next week(s)
- Planning out your exercise and nutrition schedule
- Answering questions you might have
**YOU WILL HAVE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO COACH VIA EMAIL/PHONE FOR SUPPORT THROUGHOUT 90 DAYS
