IS STUDIO 8 FIT CLUB FOR YOU?
If you are a morning person and want to get an awesome workout in before you do anything else, then the Studio 8 Fit Club just may be for you! These 30 minute classes are offered Monday-Thursday from 5:30-6 am. These classes are fast paced total body workouts. Each day will offer members something different, but one thing is certain-YOU WILL BE SURE TO SWEAT! These classes are taught by Donna Tomassi & Tammy Covill who are both HIGH energy, fun-loving, work it hard kinda gals!
