We have 15+ yoga classes per week for you to choose from and an incredible YOGA ONLY MEMBERSHIP FOR ONLY $40 PER MONTH! We have other great memberships too if you are looking for a mix of both fitness and yoga- check out pricing for those HERE.
We offer our yoga classes in both our big LIGHT and beautiful studio as well as in our smaller and more cozy Secret Yoga Room! All of our classes are taught by certified teachers who LOVE the practice and LOVE sharing its benefits.
We offer a full range of classes to meet the needs of people with varying experience levels, but encourage people to try different classes as there are modifications given in all classes. Yoga truly is about learning to listen and strengthen the body through thoughtful and meditative movement.
If you are interested in joining, start with filling out the registration form to the right or just coming into the studio! We use the MINDBODY app which will gives you a list of classes and events and allows you to rsvp to both classes and other events. We do require pre-booking for yoga classes held in Secret Yoga room because of space limitations, so the app is necessary to have!

class descriptions
Gentle Hatha classes are perfect for everyone. In Gentle Hatha classes teachers will lead students through a full range of different yoga poses that can be held for several breaths. Lots of modifications can be made to ensure that while building strength and improving flexibility, your maintain physical integrity. Gentle classes will include both seated and standing postures. Chairs can even be used as necessary props for some students.
level of difficulty -2-
Yin classes are deeply restorative and meditative. Poses are held for several minutes and lots of props can be used to help students maintain physical integrity. These classes are a wonderful tool to help your body heal and move deep into the connective tissue of the body. Again, lots of modifications and props can be used to make this class perfectly doable for nearly any student. For most students, Yin classes are more mentally challenging than physically.

Meditation are gentle classes where teachers will likely guide you through a few simple postures to open the body and mind up and then lead you through thoughtful guided meditations that promote healing on every level. These are powerful
classes that will leave you feeling more calm and relaxed.

Yoga Tone classes are a cross between yoga & pilates and work well at building strength and balance while still gaining flexibility. These classes will be a little more repetitious than a hatha class, but not quite as rigorous as a vinyasa

Sunrise Salutations is a class of simple and powerful sun salutations. Modifications can be made to meet the needs of a many different types of students. Salutations are repetitive and flowy and can help any student build lots of strength across their entire body.

Slow Flow Vinyasa (aka as Stength Flow & Power Yoga) is a class designed to move students through sequences of poses at a slow and thoughtful pace. This is a great class for even new yogis as child's pose is always available to "gather yourself and your breath". Generally speaking vinyasa classes build on sun salutations by adding a series of different postures to each vinyasa or salutation.

Vinyasa classes are vigorous classes that rapidly move students through a series of flows that build on salutations just like slow flow classes. They are physically demanding classes that will require substantial stamina, but like all classes, child's pose is always available to students to gather yourself and your breath.

Yoga Groove is a slow flow type of vinyasa class that moves beyond the postures and allows students to move into their bodies as their bodies lead them. Teachers will help create an atmosphere of fun and will guide students through the process of really listening to the subtleties of the body. Lots of fun and funky music.
