Zumba Tone –
Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
This is a 45 minute class which aims to jump start your metabolism for the day and tone your whole body. The session begins with tabata style cardio -- short segments of cardio exercises with breaks in between. The class then transitions into toning of the arms, core and legs for a total body cardio tone experience.
POUND Rockout Workout -
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix™, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by. Rock, rap, dubstep, pop and old school music fuse to create the POUNDtrack series, which is hand-selected by music enthusiasts, drummers and POUND Founders. POUND combines easy to follow (and not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with strength training and drumming. This combo works the entire body, raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat. Each 2-4 minute song is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time. After you’re done rocking out to the 45-minute POUNDtrack, you’ll have done 15,000 reps, performed over 30 extended interval peaks, and zipped through over 70 techniques without even realizing it.
Floor & Core –
A mat based class using body weight resistance along with other optional equipment such as small hand weights and rings. It is based on the principals of Pilates and focuses on core strength along with movements and exercises that help tone and sculpt the entire body.
Barre is a total body workout that blends classical ballet barre exercises and Yoga with a special focus on toning, strengthening, balance and flexibility. Designed using the principles of ballet barre technique, this class will effectively redefine your musculature to help you attain the physique of a dancer. Consistent attendance in this class (as with any class) will produce better posture, increased energy, lean muscle mass, and dynamic balance.

Barre Fusion -
Barre Fusion is our Barre class amped up! This is a faster paced class, using the same techniques as our normal barre but with different variations. We incorporate more intense moves, more ab work and additional Barre exercises for those who want to push themselves a little more. This class is open to all levels and modifications are given as needed!
Barre Intensity -
Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and personal training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
Cardio Barre -
Cardio Barre is a unique, high energy exercise class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and tone the body.
Hoop It Up -
This is a class that uses a weighted Hula Hoop and combines HIIT, Barre, Pilates and Yoga all together for a total body workout! Don’t worry, you don’t need to know how to hula hoop to take this class! We’ll show you how!
Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe.Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants off all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps.
Rise and Shine Gentle Yoga –
Gentle Yoga practice specialized for morning practices. Gentle Flow is designed for all abilities and levels and for those looking for that soothing, restorative and soft practice. This class is appropriate for everyone, including seniors.
Gentle Moves Yoga -
A gentle practice that is geared toward all skill levels. Gentle movements that promote relaxation while allowing for gentle stretching and flexibility.
Strength Flow Yoga –
Combining poses requiring strength and incorporating flow with breath and movement. This is a sequence building class. it is a perfect combination of strength training and yoga flow!
Relaxation Yoga -
A gentle, restorative practice that is perfect to relax both the body and mind for a good nights sleep or to start your week off calm and relaxed. This practice incorporates calming breath, gentle movements and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere to allow yourself to take time to restore your mind and body.
Power Yoga -
A strong vinyasa like yoga practice linking breath and movement through rigorous flows. This class allows for creativity of movement and flow. Build strength, stamina and flexibility in this practice.
Yoga Flow -
A slower, simpler vinyasa like yoga practice linking breath and movement through simple yoga flows set to build strength and deepen your practice.
